Visitors
How do I register for an event?
Open the event page and choose a pass under “Passes & tickets”. Sign in or create an account, complete checkout, and your digital pass with a QR code will be available instantly in your dashboard.
Where can I find my passes?
Sign in and go to your dashboard → Passes. Each pass has a scannable QR code you can show at the event entrance.
Exhibitors
How do I become an exhibitor?
Register and choose “Become an exhibitor”. Once approved by the admin, you can book booths on any event’s floor plan and request to be listed as a participating exhibitor.
How do I book an exhibition booth?
On an event with bookings enabled, open the interactive floor plan and select an available booth to send a booking request to the organizer.
Organizers
How do I list my own event?
Register as an organizer. After approval you can create events, add passes, open booth bookings and tag featured exhibitors from your dashboard.
Payments
What payment methods are supported?
We support UPI (with QR) and Razorpay where enabled by the organizer. For UPI payments, uploading a payment screenshot is required so the team can confirm your order.
Are payments and my data secure?
Yes. Payments are processed over secure channels and we only store the information needed to issue your passes and confirm your order.
